I just wanted to thank John for the service that he provided in repairing our printer that refused to scan.
We tried the Schrock Desk method to no avail. He asked that I bring it in which I did and he got it to work and it’s been fine since. John was like a bulldog and would not give up on the printer until it was fixed.
