Mr. Hoffmann, one of our 2012 Holiday Special customers, had a monitor issue and an error code problem that through the superior service of Chris and Bobby out of the Papillion repair center was quickly and decisively resolved. He writes:
I wanted to let you know what a great job your techs
did in resolving an error code and reinstallation of
software, along with a monitor issue on my 2012
Holiday Special. I did not get the name of the tech
that checked me in, but he was very thorough in
talking through my situation, I was also impressed
with Bobby , who was able to get my unit fixed even
though they were short handed that day (Sat., Feb.
2nd). This was a big deal to me due to the
fact that I live about 2 hours east of Papillion, and
saved me another round trip.
Previously, I worked with Chris on ordering my
computer, he was very helpful in getting some
additional features added that I wanted.
