Just wanted to let you know what great service Bobby provided for me last week, when I signed onto the schrockdesk for help the first time. (I was getting my files reinstalled after my 9 mo old toshiba laptop had been returned from the factory for hard drive replacement. Your computer check up had found the faulty hardrive). Anyway I appreciated Bobby’s help and patience, because when I called to sign onto the help desk, my brain went on total malfunction and Bobby was extremely patient walking me through the steps and actually helping me through this whole process of getting my laptop repaired and back to normal.
