Omaha's #1 rated computer repair company has a rare opening for a computer repair technician in our Papillion, NE Service Center.

This can be a part-time or full-time position that will require weekend hours.

Candidates for this position should:

• Know basic component structure of computers
• Be comfortable in Windows, OSx, iOS, and Android environments
• Be able and willing to directly communicate with customers
• Assist customers at their homes, over the Schrock Desk, or in the Service Center
• Be able to lift and carry up to 40lbs (think computer towers)
• Have a valid drivers license, insurance, and a good driving record
• Be able to pass a background check

You will spend most days performing tasks that may seem simple or common to you, but look like magic to our customers.

Schrock was originally founded over 20 years ago, so you can expect to see many customers who have been with us for years. Don't be surprised if they bring you cookies, candies, bags of walnuts or even a rack of ribs (all of these things have actually happened!)

You will be able to wear comfortable clothes like jeans and shorts with uniform shirts, eat and drink while you work, get days off when you need them, and know that you are making a real difference in the every-day lives of our customers.
