These 2 guys who work here are not only very knowledgeable, but sweet as well. As a first time customer I wasn't even... charged. My laptop was no longer charging and they figured it out, granted it was there a few days, but they explained the issue and didn't charge me for their time! Pretty awesome, I'd say!!!read more

Great service, although somewhat expensive.Installed a new upgrade to out Microsoft program and consequently lost all... files I had set up on my phone.They could not help with that problem.Schrock does excellent and quick service, but could be more customer service minded when dealing with the older generation who sometimes don’t understand the issues.Need a full time knowledgeable receptionist.Gtread more

The way Schrock does business I won't be back. Too many up sales. Under staffed. Less computer than they claim. Open... source software. Just what I would expect from Nebraska. Expensive for what you get. Don't believe the radio show. A lot of hidden fees. No specs on the hardware. 20 percent restocking fee on returns. Just terrible.read more

I must tell you about the technician who worked on our computer. His name is Ryan & I can't say enough good things... about this young man. Very professional and always willing to help. He spent so much time with us to get our computer working properly with the new Windows 11 update & even came to our home to get things working properly. He deserves a very big raise & I hope Schrock Innovations appreciates the qualities Ryan has. I know of no other company that would take the time he has making sure everything was working the way it should. At no time did Ryan act like he was in a hurry and very concerned that everything was working the way it should. Mr. Schrock you should be extremely happy to have him as an employee. My computer was fixed and all information was able to be retrieved and placed on a solid state drive. However, when I... got my computer back in the time promised, I couldn't get into my files. I called Ryan and he was a Godsend and he took the time (hours) and went through the system with me and thoroughly set up my computer in a way that was easily understood, all over the phone!
