We recently had a customer at one of our service centers send in a letter about their recent experience. The customer had tried to upgrade their Windows to 8.1 and ended up losing all of their data on the computer.
Dohn was able to speak with one of our technicians, Kevin, who was able to remote into Dohn’s computer and fix the problem without Dohn even having to bring his computer into one of the service centers. He also had some kind words to say about Jake, another one of our technicians.
