I just felt obliged to email you to tell you of the wonderful experience I had this past week with your Lincoln computer center.
Since I retired from permanent employment, I have purchased all of my computer needs from your center. I have been happy with the over-all service and especially like being greeted by Kathy each and every time I come into the center. This past week, I was having difficulty getting into my email, and when I called, Kathy put me in touch with a technician named Chris, and he took over and remotely fixed my problem, as well as gave me some helpful hints with regard to getting around in my system.
The over all procedure took many hours, but he called me and I checked in a couple of times, just to make sure I wasn’t missing something. He apologized for it taking so long, but I didn’t mind and considered it a BIG successful task. I live in Seward and I stopped in the store to purchase a new surge-protector this week, and asked Kathy the best way to get in touch with you on a personal note, as I wanted to let you know what a great experience I had and the wonderful staff you have. I listen to your program via KFAB every Sunday, and I always feel like I learn something new and I enjoy your “personal” touch concerning you and your family.
