This contest, rewarding a random customer who has written a review for us, has given us a chance to take a peek at some of the small things we do to make our customers happy. We had Bill’s computer checked in. We never actually did a repair for him but that didn’t stop him from having a lot to say about his experience. Bill writes:
I took my tower into the service center at 168th, south of Dodge. The people all were very friendly and very helpful. They diagnosed my problem right away and called to tell me I had several viruses and that they could take care of the problem with further service at a cost of $199.00. I thought about it and decided to try my own hand at removing the viruses myself. They were helpful when I picked up my tower and even took it out to my car for me!! What great service. I do recommend Schrock Innovations to all the people who need help with getting their computer back from being infected or having any problems that prevents them from using it daily!!
